POSSIBLE FINANCE ORLANDO MAGIC VIP EXPERIENCE SWEEPSTAKES 

OFFICIAL RULES

YOU HAVE NOT YET WON.  NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.  VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to i) legal residents of the State of Florida who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and is void where restricted or prohibited. 

   
   

2. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions and interpretation of these Official Rules, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes. 

   
   

3. SPONSOR: The sponsor of the Sweepstakes is Possible Financial Inc., PO Box 98686, Las Vegas, NV 89193 (the “Sponsor”).  

   
   

4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The entry period for this Sweepstakes begins on October 13, 2025 at 8am ET and ends on April 1, 2026 at 8am ET (the “Entry Period”). Eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period will be included in all subsequent prize drawings that occur after the date of entry.

   
   

5. HOW TO ENTER: During the Entry Period, visit https://possiblefinance.com/magic and complete the online entry form (a “Submission”). Limit one (1) entry per person for this Sweepstakes. Multiple entries will be void. Sponsor will disqualify any Submission from entrants who do not meet eligibility requirements.

To enter without submitting the online form, handprint your full name, complete mailing address, email address, phone number, and the name of this Sweepstakes (“Possible Finance Orlando Magic VIP Experience Sweepstakes ”) on a plain 3” x 5” card and mail it in a sealed envelope with proper postage to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Entry Period and received before the applicable  drawing date to be eligible. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person for this Sweepstakes. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

6. PRIZES: A total of twenty (20) prize packages will be awarded. Each prize consists of: 

• Four (4) tickets to an Orlando Magic regular season home game in the lower level;

• One (1) $250 Orlando Magic merchandise credit; and

• One (1) $100 gift card to help cover expenses.

Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize package: $1,350. Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded: $27,000. Tickets are subject to Orlando Magic ticket terms and conditions. Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing prior to each Orlando Magic home game included in this Sweepstakes. Drawings will be conducted from among all eligible entries received as of the drawing date. The winner will be notified using the contact information included in the entry form and given instructions for claiming the prize, subject to fulfilling all conditions of these Official Rules. A winner must respond to the winner notification from Sponsor within 48 hours of receipt of the notification. If the potential winner does not respond or is not reachable, then the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from among all remaining entries at Sponsor’s sole discretion.  The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received as of each drawing date. A winner may be required to confirm eligibility and release Sponsor from liability to receive any prize. To receive the prize, the potential winner may be required to complete and return (a) an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, (b) an IRS Form W-9, and (c) any other documentation reasonably required by Sponsor.

8. WINNER VERIFICATION: THE WINNER IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR.  AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF ENTRANT RECEIVES INFORMATION TO THE CONTRARY, UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED.

   
   

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION: By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with the Official Rules, and that Sponsor shall have no responsibility or liability in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes. Each entrant further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor from any and all liability resulting or arising from the entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes, to release all rights to bring any claim or action against the Sponsor, and hereby acknowledge that said Sponsor has neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier that are sent along with a prize.

   
   

10. DISCLAIMERS:  Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant that violates the Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes for any reason, at its sole discretion.

    
    

11. TAXES:  Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize. Because the value of each prize exceeds $600, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to each winner. Winners must provide a valid Social Security Number for tax reporting purposes.

    
    

12. PRIVACY: Information collected by Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy located at https://www.possiblefinance.com/privacy-policy. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to the collection, processing, disclosure and storage of entrant’s personal data by Sponsor for purposes of the Sweepstakes. 

    
    

13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION:  By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrants’ rights and obligations, and the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except that Florida law shall govern the administration of the Sweepstakes and compliance with Florida statutory requirements. By entering, entrants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, except that Sponsor retains the right to bring proceedings in the state or federal courts of Florida.

    
    

14. WINNERS LIST: A certified list of winners (name, city, state, and prize awarded) will be provided to the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services within 60 days after the winners are determined.
