Bill and Rent Terms and Conditions
These Bill and Rent Terms and Conditions (the “Terms” or “Agreement”) govern your enrollment in Bill and Rent Reporting (“Reporting”) offered by Possible Financial Inc. (“Possible Finance,” “Possible,” “we,” or “us”). Please read these Terms carefully before enrolling. These Terms replace any previous agreement you may have had with Possible related to Reporting. By enrolling in Reporting, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not enroll in Reporting.
These Terms expressly incorporate by reference Possible’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, both of which form part of the legally binding agreement between you and Possible. Additional agreements, such as electronic payment authorization agreements or other consents you may provide, also govern your relationship with Possible. If there is a conflict between these Terms and any other agreement, these Terms control with respect to Reporting.
We reserve the right to amend or modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Agreement on our website or upon other notice to you as required by law. Your continued access to or use of Reporting after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acknowledgment and binding acceptance of the updated Agreement.
Overview
Bill and Rent Reporting allows certain recurring payments you make to third parties to be reflected on your consumer credit report, subject to applicable law. If you enroll, you authorize Possible to connect to your bank account through Plaid or another data access service in order to identify qualifying recurring payments for rent, utilities, and telecommunications services (each, a “Payment Obligation”). You continue to make all payments directly to your landlord or service providers. Possible does not collect, process, or transmit your payments.
With your authorization, Possible may furnish verified information about eligible Payment Obligations to a consumer reporting agency (“credit bureau”). Possible does not guarantee that any credit bureau will accept, display, or rely on the information provided, or that Reporting will improve your credit score.
Reporting Options
Reporting is offered in the following options:
Rent Reporting. Reporting of qualifying rent payments only, available at no cost.
Bills Reporting. Reporting of qualifying utility and telecommunications payments, available for a monthly fee of $7.00, or such other amount as disclosed to you at enrollment (the “Bills Reporting Fee”). We will automatically charge your payment method for the Bill Reporting Fee on your payday closest to 30 days after enrollment and monthly thereafter. Your membership fee due date will be available in your account dashboard.
You may enroll in Rent Reporting alone or in both Reporting options. If you enroll in Bills Reporting, Rent Reporting is included at no additional charge unless otherwise stated.
Authorization and Credit Reporting Consent
By enrolling in Reporting, you provide written instructions under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”) and other applicable laws authorizing Possible to obtain, use, and furnish information about your Payment Obligations to credit bureaus for credit reporting purposes. You must provide explicit consent before any information is reported. You may revoke your consent at any time through the Possible app. Revocation will stop future reporting but does not delete information previously furnished, except as required by law.
Eligible Payments and Reporting
Possible will only report Payment Obligations that: (i) you are personally responsible for paying; (ii) are identifiable as recurring payments from your linked bank account; (iii) are not already reported to credit bureaus by another entity; and (iv) in the case of rent, relate to your primary residence and is not associated with a mortgage that is being reported.
Possible may report up to five (5) tradelines per user account, consisting of: one (1) rent tradeline, one (1) telecommunications tradeline, and up to three (3) utility tradelines.
Possible reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine eligibility, verify payments, limit the number or type of tradelines reported, or stop reporting any Payment Obligation.
If you believe any information we have furnished is inaccurate, you may dispute it by contacting us at support@possiblefinance.com. We will promptly investigate and delete any information we determine to be inaccurate, as required by law.
Beta Services Disclaimer
Some features of Reporting may not be generally available to consumers and provided as part of a beta test program to gather user feedback, test features and functionality, and improve the product. These features are offered on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis and may contain defects, errors, or other issues that could impact functionality. By using beta features, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Any feedback you provide becomes the sole property of Possible. Possible reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any beta features at any time without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Possible disclaims all warranties and liability related to your use of beta features.
Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the then-current billing cycle. Reporting and any applicable fees will continue through the remainder of that billing cycle. If you choose to stop reporting immediately, reporting will stop upon processing, but the applicable Bills Reporting Fee for the then-current billing cycle will still be charged. No further fees will be assessed after the then-current billing cycle.
We may suspend or terminate your access to any Reporting feature at any time if you violate these Terms or applicable law, you withdraw required consents, we lose access to or are unable to maintain a connection to your linked bank account, we are unable to verify Payment Obligations, or we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity.
If Bills Reporting is suspended or terminated for nonpayment, Rent Reporting may continue if you remain eligible. Possible is not liable for damages arising from suspension or termination, to the extent permitted by law.
