Recently, we started to gather as a company in our Seattle HQ for a few days during what we affectionately call "Possipalooza." This July, we held our summer edition, and it was easily one of our favorite weeks.
We used the time to gather in small groups to strategize and think about our customers’ stories. These sessions helped us to brainstorm what's next for Possible. We also made time for a few lighter moments together—a Mariners game, team dinners and a night of karaoke.
Weeks like this are where you get to see our values as a company in action, both in how people treat each other and the work.
It's part of why we love bringing everyone together: we see firsthand why Possible keeps getting better for the people who use it. It comes down to a team connected by one mission: making financial health possible for everyone and building tools for people that the traditional financial system has left behind.
To give you a feel for what this actually looks like, we pointed a camera at a few of the folks at Possible and asked a simple question: why Possible? From our leadership team to engineers, data scientists to people on our operations team, we heard why this work matters to them.
If you've ever used Possible and wondered who's behind it, or if you're wondering what it might be like to build something like this, here’s your answer.
