This Candidate Privacy Notice (“Notice”) explains how Possible Financial Inc. d/b/a Possible Finance (collectively, “Possible,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about individuals who apply for employment with us, are considered for a role, or otherwise express interest in working at Possible (“candidates,” “applicants,” “you”).

This Notice applies to personal information we collect about candidates in connection with our recruiting and hiring activities, including through our careers pages and our applicant tracking system. It does not apply to information we collect from customers or users of our financial products and services, which is governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our U.S. Consumer GLBA Financial Privacy Notice. It also does not apply to information we process about our personnel after hire, which is addressed through our separate employee privacy materials.

This Notice is provided to candidates located in the United States. We provide it to you at or before the point at which we collect your personal information so that you understand our recruiting data practices.

1. Information We Collect

The information we collect from you may vary depending on the role and the stage of the recruiting process. We may collect and store the following categories of information:

We may use this information to verify or enrich the information we already hold about you.

Information collected automatically. Limited technical information collected when you use our careers pages or applicant tracking system, such as IP address and device or browser information.

Information you voluntarily provide. Certain information, such as voluntary equal employment opportunity self-identification, that you choose to provide or that we collect to meet legal or regulatory obligations. You are never required to provide this information in order to be considered for a role.

You are not required to provide all of the information we request, but if you choose not to provide certain information, we may be unable to consider you for a role.

We share information with third parties who perform services on our behalf in connection with our recruiting process, such as our applicant tracking system provider, candidate relationship management tools, interview and assessment platforms, and, where applicable, background-check providers. These service providers are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.

4. How Long We Keep Candidate Information

We store your information in accordance with applicable law and keep it only for as long as is reasonably necessary to carry out the purposes described in this Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by applicable law.

If your application is successful, your information will be retained in accordance with our employee privacy materials. If your application is unsuccessful, we will keep your information for the duration of the recruiting process, plus a reasonable period afterward, so that we can record the reasons for our decision and establish, exercise, or defend any legal claims.

Where permitted, we may also retain your information for a reasonable period in order to consider you for other suitable openings at Possible in the future. Subject to applicable law and verification of your identity, these may include the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and the right to opt out of being retained for consideration for future openings as described in Section 4.
