ELIGIBILITY: The sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to i) legal residents of the State of Florida who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and is void where restricted or prohibited.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions and interpretation of these Official Rules, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes.

SPONSOR: The sponsor of the Sweepstakes is Possible Financial Inc., PO Box 98686, Las Vegas, NV 89193 (the “Sponsor”).

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The entry period for this Sweepstakes begins on March 29, 2026 at 12:01AM ET and ends on March 29, 2026 at 11:59PM ET (the “Entry Period”). The drawing will take place on or around March 29, 2026 following the close of the Entry Period. Winners will be notified on or around March 30, 2026 using the contact information provided on their entry form.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Entry Period, attend Full-Court Finance Sunday March 29, 2026 at 3:00 PM ET or 6:00 PM ET at the Kia Center, Orlando, FL (the “Event”). Upon arrival, eligible entrants will receive one (1) paper entry form to complete and submit for the drawing. Limit one (1) entry per person for this Sweepstakes. Multiple entries will be void. Sponsor will disqualify any Submission from entrants who do not meet eligibility requirements.

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

PRIZES: A total of ten (10) prize packages will be awarded. Each prize consists of: Two (2) tickets to the Magic vs. Phoenix Suns game on March 31st in a Suite with the Possible & Magic community.

Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize package: $333. Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded: $3,333. Tickets are subject to Orlando Magic ticket terms and conditions. Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Ten (10) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing on or around March 29, 2026 from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The winner will be notified using the contact information included in the entry form and given instructions for claiming the prize, subject to fulfilling all conditions of these Official Rules. A winner must respond to the winner notification from Sponsor within 24 hours of receipt of the notification. If the potential winner does not respond or is not reachable, then the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from among all remaining entries at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received as of each drawing date. A winner may be required to confirm eligibility and release Sponsor from liability to receive any prize.

WINNER VERIFICATION: THE WINNER IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF ENTRANT RECEIVES INFORMATION TO THE CONTRARY, UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION: By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with the Official Rules, and that Sponsor shall have no responsibility or liability in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes. Each entrant further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor from any and all liability resulting or arising from the entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes, to release all rights to bring any claim or action against the Sponsor, and hereby acknowledge that said Sponsor has neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier that are sent along with a prize.

DISCLAIMERS: Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant that violates the Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes for any reason, at its sole discretion.

PRIVACY: Information collected by Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy located at https://www.possiblefinance.com/privacy-policy. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to the collection, processing, disclosure and storage of entrant’s personal data by Sponsor for purposes of the Sweepstakes.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrants’ rights and obligations, and the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except that Florida law shall govern the administration of the Sweepstakes and compliance with Florida statutory requirements. By entering, entrants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, except that Sponsor retains the right to bring proceedings in the state or federal courts of Florida.

RULES & WINNER’S ANNOUNCEMENT: The name of the winners and/or these Official Rules may be posted on Sponsor’s website after winner confirmation is complete.
